Most of the airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you don’t receive an email with e-Ticket information, please contact us or call us on our Customer Support (as mentioned below) to get the E-Ticket. NOTE : If it is a thirdparty credit card, you may receive a phone call and email from our customer service department asking to verify this transaction before the Ticket can be issued. A third-party credit card verification is mandatory if the Traveler is not the Card Holder.

All Airline Refunds/Future Credits are subject to each airline fare rules, policies and procedures Service fees will be converted in your local currency on the payment page.

Passenger types = Adult, child, senior, infant, student, military. Service fees on all changes, refunds, cancellations and future credits will be charged on a per passenger, per ticket basis.

Like our transaction service fees (booking fees), all post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice. Our fees are in addition to any airline and/or other supplier imposed fees and charges.

Government imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent.

Involuntary schedule change by Airline

Flights booked with Airfare Services are arranged with reputable airlines. Should delays or cancellations occur, the airline would normally provide refreshments, meals and if necessary accommodation as per airline policy. We do not provide such services at the point of departure or at the point of return to the UK. Any claim relating to such events must be made directly to the airline. A non-stop flight travels from the origin to the destination without stopping. Where a flight is shown to travel via other destinations, at least one change of aircraft is necessary en route.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, airlines may find it necessary to alter the published routing. This may be a last minute change or can even occur during the flight to/from your destination.

Flight timings may also change. Should this occur, and if we are able, we will inform you as soon as we are made aware of any changes to the previously confirmed timings given to us by the airlines.

Weather Condition:

 We cannot guarantee weather conditions. Please bear in mind that severe weather such as heavy rainfall, or rough seas are to be expected at certain times during the year.

Travel Documents

All passport, visa, travel insurance and health certificate requirements are your responsibility and Airfare Services accepts no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in your documents. This includes the need for visa for transit purposes, for example, passengers travelling to USA via Canada will need a Canada Transit  visa even if not stopping in Canada on their itinerary (and vice versa). 

Mode of Payment

Debit Cards : Mastercard debit and Visa Delta debit cards are welcomed through the 3D secure virtual terminal

Credit Cards : Mastercard / Visa / American Express /Discover are welcomed through the 3D secure virtual terminal. Please note we do not accept Diners Club cards. We cannot accept credit card payments from a third party without a signed authorisation from the credit card holder. Airfare Services is acting as a travel consultant and suggest the best travel itinerary through travel provider . Any flights booked are operated by scheduled airline operators and different airline has different cancellation and refund policies.

NOTE

1. All cancellation and Exchange rules will be sent to you at the time of reservation. Most of the airline tickets are non-refundable. Please read airline fare rules before giving consent to confirm your ticket. In case of non-refundable ticket, passenger can exchange their ticket to any future date by paying airline penalty and difference in the fare (if any at the time of rebooking). Airline Refunds / Future credits are subject to airline fare rules, policies and procedures.

2. Special Services – All Special Services are on a request basis ONLY and are subject to each airline’s review and approval process along with their fare rules, policies and procedures. Special Service Fees will be charged upon the provision of the service(s) and will only be refunded if the request is denied by the airline.

3.Name Correction – Passenger will be denied boarding if  passengers name on their airline ticket does not match their passport or other universally accepted government ID, It is advisable to provide correct name spelling as per the passport while placing ticket order.

4.Visa/Passport – A valid Visa/Passport is required at the time of booking .

5.No- Show – All airline counter closes 1 hour prior to the departure time. It is advisable to all passenger to be at the airport at least 3 hours prior to the departure time for an international flight and 2 hours prior for domestic flight.

For any cancellation and exchange request , please contact us at least 24 hours prior to actual flight departure time to avoid no-show penalty. Any cancellation and rebooking request made within 24 hours of flight departure may attract no-show penalty.

 

 

Data Protection Policy

To ensure that your flight booking smoothly we need to use information such as your name and address, special needs, dietary requirement, etc. We will apply appropriate security measures to protect this data. However, we must pass it to suppliers of your travel arrangements, including consolidators and airlines. We may also supply it to security or credit checking companies and to public authorities such as customs and immigration.  We will only pass data including sensitive information regarding disabilities or dietary and religious requirements to people responsible for your travel arrangements. If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers in the EEA or elsewhere, we cannot provide your booking. When you make this booking you consent to this information being passed to all relevant persons. We may use this information to contact you with details of our other products and services.
